Dietary Staffing Services

Survey Assistance

Our approach to survey preparedness is to reach and maintain survey compliance year round. Dining Service

Armstrong Food Service Management-AFSM provides individualized support to your dining and food service management department. Each AFSM program is uniquely customized to meet the needs of your organization. We can work within your system, or we can implement a new system based on your need. AFSM services include but is not limited to: Interim Food Service Director, Mentoring of your Food Service Director either before during or after certification as a Dietary Manager, Pre-survey and post-survey support, dining experience enhancement, policy manual update and implementation.

Legionella Management Plans

We assist healthcare facilities in developing legionella water management plans, and conduct legionella water tests to ensure facilities plans are validated. We can help you create or review plans from a surveyor’s perspective.
